Love the focus on applied learning. I did Journey Mapping with one of my clients and can't wait to develop client Personas with my Change Management colleagues and Director. Highly recommend this Specialization for anyone who wants to use this in their organization. Lot of work, but worth it.

The course was informative and provided me with number of great tools, especially for creating journey map, personas and stakeholder overview. When doing the assessment, I was disappointed with the quality of the submissions of other users as well as with the lack of feedback peer reviewers provided me on my submission (they just commented "ok" or "good").
