The content on using AI for Creativity is sparse at best. I think a lazy attempt was made to include AI as a topic . All that it has is a bunch of professors involved with AI and design being interviewed. The course itself carries no 'How to' use AI for creativity. DISAPPOINTED!

It really opened me up to the possibility of thinking in a structured way—from generating and harnessing ideas to refining them into real-world solutions. It gave me the confidence to channel my innate creativity systematically, avoiding overwhelm from either an overflow of ideas or their absence. I also gained a deeper appreciation for the power of collaboration in developing creative solutions to defined problems. Above all, I enjoyed learning from Peter Childs and his enthusiasm about the course was absolutely infectious. It was really fun to part take in this course. Highly recommend!

Comparing to the other courses by Peter Childs (which were great), this one is quite disappointing. It feels like it was rushed and not very well thought through. Exercises are not too relevant and very easy, no peer review stuff, no practice, very rushed videos. It is presented as "advanced" but it is not. No skill increases from these graded tasks too. There's some good info but it doesn't feel like a comprehensive course.

The first three modules on analogy, metaphor, simile, and critical, analytical and subjective, objective thinking - are most useful . Worth devoting your time, especially if you are new to methodical thinking and problem solving.

More hands on sessions are needed, a lot of notions are too quickly introduced and not learned!
