In this Specialization, you will learn the essential skills to work in and manage multinational and cross-cultural teams. You will learn from organizational consultants and UC Davis MBA alumni Cleveland Justis and Daniel Student, who have studied, led, and advised cross-cultural teams from a variety of sectors. They will share best practices, research, and tools, as well as first-person narratives from a variety of global leaders. You will learn how to navigate cultural differences in approaches to accomplishing work that can trip up your team, how to take advantage of the rising opportunities and mitigate the new challenges brought on by virtual multinational collaboration, and how to rise as a cross-cultural leader.

In Module 1, there were a lot of missing documents and links that had long expired. Some of the test questions are incorrect. But overall, very valuable information and knowledge.
VF

The course was informative, practical & relevant for today’s global business environment. It also improved awareness of cultural sensitivity and teamwork skills, which are important in Human Resource Management and international organizations.

Excellent course
good
This course was incredibly interesting and offered a valuable blend of new knowledge, practical skills, and theoretical insights. It helped me better understand team processes and confirmed many of the characteristics and developmental stages I’ve observed through my own experience as a team member. The provided reading materials and articles were engaging and informative. However, not all links were accessible, and unfortunately, several assessment questions referred directly to those unavailable resources. I would recommend revising the course content to ensure all resources are accessible and that assignment questions are updated accordingly.
