Pretty high level course and sometimes was tough to understand structure, you definitely need prior experience and at least a Green Belt to gain value from the course.

Prepare for a career in the field of Six Sigma, quality, and process improvements to get job-ready in less than 4 months. The three courses in this specialization will prepare you to take the ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) exam and help you master the Six Sigma methodology, advanced statistical techniques, and team management skills to identify existing challenges, and perform process improvements. The first course, Six Sigma for Process Improvement, explains the core principles and tools of Six Sigma, DFSS frameworks, and aligning Lean Six Sigma with organizational objectives. The second course, Leadership and Team Management, focuses on team organization and helps align performance measures within the organization. The last course, Advanced Statistical Analysis and Tools, describes the statistical tools for process improvement, design of experiments (DOE), and Lean methods. By completing this specialization, you will be able to: Explain the core principles of the Six Sigma methodology, including the systems and tools used. Apply advanced statistical tools and techniques in each DMAIC phase for process improvement. Manage team dynamics and assign roles and responsibilities effectively. Demonstrate leadership skills in project management and problem-solving. This specialization best suits employees in process improvement teams with significant experience leading and executing Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality improvement projects.

Excellent effort, Your analysis of Process Capability is very understandable. A small improvement: consider expanding on the key steps to make it stronger. Well done.

well structured and explained but there is no chart or graph or examples for subjects.

Total waste of time and money. This course is purely theoretical and does not provide practical guidance on how to use the tools it mentions. For example, it states that the Fishbone Diagram is a Lean Six Sigma tool, but it does not explain how to use it, when to use it, or provide any practical examples. Additionally, each phase of DMAIC, DMADV, and DMAOV is covered in just a 5-minute video, which is far too brief for anyone looking to develop job-ready skills or prepare for a professional certification. The course lacks the depth and hands-on learning expected from a quality Lean Six Sigma training program.
This was a mediocre at best high level overview, several of the test questions had no good answers and were confusing just for the sake of complicating the subject matter. I cannot believe this is a true ASQ approved course. If the ASQ certification follows this type of knowledge for it's certification, I would find it useless to achieve. To me this course proves it might be worthwhile to pay the $1000 to ASQ directly for the exam prep classes.
