This Specialization prepares trainers, Pilates professionals, and rehabilitation practitioners to apply Pilates in a strength and rehab-informed context. Learners connect Pilates principles, functional core control, nervous-system readiness, biomechanical observation, corrective sequencing, and injury-aware progression. The three standalone courses build from foundations to assessment and then to measurable, client-centered program design within professional scope.
Applied Learning Project
Learners create a Pilates Foundations Practice Map, a movement assessment and corrective sequence, and an injury-aware progression and program plan. Applied cases require them to select exercises, organize sequences, modify range and support, manage tolerance, define review points, and connect Pilates practice to strength, mobility, control, and daily function.
