The course will guide you through setting up an efficient system addressing the challenges of creating shared visuals, managing and tracking tasks, ensuring accountability.

Throughout the course, you will learn how to sync shared vaults for the training team, enable and configure plugins to facilitate collaboration, create interactive and collaborative visuals using Excalidraw to design curriculum structures and program plans, manage task assignments, deadlines, and progress using the Daily Note, Tasks and Kanban plugins. Track task progress and assignment using Dataview, ensuring tasks are assigned correctly and deadlines are met.
