You will also learn how standard essential patents and FRAND commitments work, how cross-licensing, patent pools, and dual licensing are structured, and how to plan international IP protection using the PCT, Paris Convention, Madrid Protocol, and Berne Convention.

You will also learn how board oversight and IP due diligence shape financing, acquisitions, and IPOs, and how to apply a five-question framework to assess the IP landscape of future emerging technologies.
