While I was in college, I was drawn to business and to work that helps people succeed. That interest led me to earn a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources, followed by an M.B.A. Over the past twenty-plus years, I’ve worked in business and human resources across both the private and public sectors. That experience has given me a practical perspective on how HR concepts show up in real workplaces, and I’m excited to share real-life examples with a global audience.
