Dr Golnaz Badkobeh is a Lecturer in Computing and visiting researcher at King's College London where she completed her PhD. Before joining Goldsmiths she was a Leverhulme fellow at the University of Warwick prior to which she was a research associate at the University of Sheffield. Golnaz's research designs and analyses algorithms, with particular focus on detecting various forms of redundancies in texts. She has also extensively worked on avoiding redundancies in infinite words, which has been published as a sequence of seminal articles.
