I enjoyed taking the course but the Quiklab needs refinement. Hopefully, the other Quiklabs aren't as difficult to use.

It was an excellent course that included various topics, some of which he delved into and only mentioned some of them.

Is helpful to understand how to ask clients variety of choices. With this course I can generate data for analysis.

Loved the communication skills part. They are always useful. The spreadsheet perhaps was very basic information.

It was generally very good course yet some of the sections are very self-evident which do not need to be taught.

The instructor's vocal fry was distracting. Some of the information wasn't relevant to the focus of the course.
