Great course. Andrew explained the Generative AI technology for us in a way so people who don't have technical background can understand while it is still very informative even for the ones who do.

It was an excellent course that I did since I learned how much Generative AI would touch our lives and assist people in doing so many tasks that they previously spent a lot of time doing.

The course itself is a good overview of AI, but it's hard to believe it's professionally produced as a video series. The audio is the worst I've experienced on Coursera: muffled, broken, and then muffled again. I used to work in TV news and know that an audience will forgive you for bad video, but not for bad audio. No one bothered to check the narrator's lavaliere microphone, monitor the modulations, ask the narrator to enunciate more clearly and in a louder tone, and then it was déjà vu right back to the constant muffled audio. I tried sound levels on various computers, used a variety of headphones, and even borrowed someone's hearing aids – and the poor audio was consistent. Artificial intelligence may rule the world someday, but for now a real human has just gotta check stuff like audio.

Most of the stuff were too general. There were lots of opinions in there as opposed to technically useful details or facts. As a matter of fact if I knew the course was going to be like this I wouldn't have paid to take part in it. There was some bare bone useful stuff in there, hence not a 1star review.

The way the instructor is talking is with a very low and unclear voice and not sharp voice. This is making hard to understand what he is saying. Also the end of the sentences are lost/not-clear/not understood many times.

Course was very disorganized. Speaker was monotone. Did not seem very inclusive .

Very good course. Not my subject. Nor its a general subject to be understood by anyone. An engineer can never understand natural science, likewise a natural scientist need not break his or her head to understand such concepts. But Can't understand anything. Compelled to finish the course. Did not find it useful at all. Organisation management must think of offering useful trainings in respective domains than time waste trainings like this. Conducting this type of trainings will fullfill KRAs of management who impose such courses but not practically useful for those working in specialised domains. If possible, offer trainings AI ML applicaitons tailor-made in specialised domains like telecom or mining or aerospace or civil or life sciences or earth sciences based on BU. Thanks.
