A law office runs on systems as much as on judgment — and when those systems are inefficient or insecure, the cost is professional exposure, not just lost hours. Adapted from the National Business Institute seminar taught by Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA, a practicing attorney who advises on cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance, and technology risk, this course treats workflow optimization as both an operational and an ethical discipline.

You will learn to diagnose the inefficiencies hiding in your practice; protect client data with the CIA triad and layered defenses against ransomware; verify generative AI output before it reaches a court; design client-centered, paperless workflows that meet your duties of competence and communication; and evaluate AI tools, cloud services, and vendors through a structured due-diligence framework.
