I started this course early and was so excited to learn this new information I just dove right in! Unfortunately I am too far ahead and have to wait a few weeks until I can take my week 2 quiz. Entering this course I was expecting more of a tutorial for being a positive person. Instead of a self-help course, it was a dive into deeper understanding of emotions and how they impact others as well as ourselves.
