You will create a personal Journey Line and use those insights to develop and refine a mission statement that connects your values, strengths, and aspirations. The course also explores how purposeful leaders build trust, recognize potential, and help others. You will map your growth using a personal journey line. Ultimately, you will translate these insights into a personal leadership mission statement and a functional leadership playbook.

Explore the second principle of leadership: Purpose. Understand how a clear, common purpose transforms individuals from 'me' to 'we'.
