Finally, a course designed to really make someone successful in a virtual school environment. A perfect balance of reading material, videos, and assessments. Very well organized and easy to follow!

I have been using technology my entire life, and the overview of this course contained lots of information that I thought I already knew, but I learned a lot from and found it to be very enjoyable.

i have really enjoyed learning through Coursera coz it provides very use full videos that guid you step by step, provides labs that help you excercise what you have learnt. Really enjoyed learning

While I enjoyed the coursework, I felt like it was a bit too introductory for my current level of knowledge. It's hard to gauge that I would rather they give too much information than too little.

helped to brush up the fundamentals , every this is explained in simple language and even a person who was not interested in computer before can assemble a PC after learning finishing this course.

This course was precise and concise. The additional reading gave more insight and it is a wonderful first step to IT.

This course is incredibly enjoyable and easy to understand, if you are interested or want to start working in the IT industry, this course is a great way to understand the basics and fundamentals.

This is a great course for anyone either trying to merge into IT world with absolutely no IT background. Courses are detailed, but not to the point of exhaustion. Well developed and user friendly.

A comprehensive overview of the IT support field, without going too much into the details, but enough to get a good grasp of how everything is connected. It prepares you for a technical deep dive.

All content is easy to learn and understand. When demonstrating some IT processes, many good examples are given, which make it easier for the audience to understand the concept. Well done, Google.

I am elated to say that I have passed this course and I am really looking forward to continuing my education with other courses along these lines.
