Great introductory course. Presentations are well organized and beautifully explained. Can't wait to continue on this path.

Its a great introduction to the I.T field, for those who are unaware of the internals and externals of the computing world.

This was a good layout of the fundamentals of Technical Support. Now I'm excited to get into the deeper technical support.

I found it interesting, the last part of how we can interact with the user. We definitely need a lot of patience sometimes.

The Certificate could have said "credited Course" instead of non-credit. Then the certificate value would be more valuable.
