Really good course, It taught me a lot on how to handle customers in different situations and many more.

Fun, not to challenging, easy to follow, does get a bit boring after a bit, but it's easy to pick back up

This was a very detailed easy course to follow and the lessons taught are the fundamentals of IT support.

Amazing step by step for Beginner to learn or relearn again for those are familiar in a different lenses.
