Lead your organization's shift to AI-augmented work. In this advanced program for experienced professionals and managers, you will learn to redesign workflows around what humans and AI each do best, integrate human-AI systems that reduce friction, govern AI responsibly, and build a transformation strategy leaders can act on.
You will produce portfolio-ready artifacts: task-allocation matrices, workflow blueprints, ROI analyses, risk registers, governance policies, and scenario roadmaps. Working with generative AI tools you already use, you will practice verification, red-teaming, and value measurement so your recommendations hold up to scrutiny.
By the end, you will be ready to guide teams and executives through AI adoption that keeps human judgment, ethics, and value at the center.
Who this is for: This program is built for experienced managers, team leads, and senior individual contributors who already work with AI tools and now need to lead change. It assumes professional work experience and comfort with everyday AI chat tools, but no coding or data-science background. Difficulty is Advanced because the thinking is senior-level (strategy, governance, and systems), not because the tooling is technical.
Applied Learning Project
The program includes four hands-on projects, one in each course, that bring together the skills you build along the way into a realistic leadership deliverable. You will build a role-redesign and workflow blueprint, a human-AI systems integration and handoff package, an AI governance and risk package, and a full AI transformation strategy. Every project is portfolio-ready and can be grounded in your own role or a provided organizational scenario, so you graduate with evidence that you can lead responsible AI adoption, not just describe it.
