Good content, but I found course content to be somehow typical in understanding. I think some of the things were not explained well in easy language that shopuld have been catchable.

Provide basic foundation of Fortinet Devices. However, I strongly recommended to add Labs in the course so that user can gain some hand-on basic skills.

I am pretty sure that this is an excellent course. However, I don’t have the technical background which clearly is necessary, because there was a lot I didn’t understand. I remove the fifth star due to lack of audio in modules 5 and 6. I did some troubleshooting and verified that audio worked on other Coursera videos and other apps such as YouTube.

The course is only for informational or review purposes. It would be good if they implemented laboratories or at least videos with step-by-step instructions and command paths. The truth is, it's more of a manual than a course.
