It was very basic and the labs were difficult to access and use. I already know most of this material but I guess it is okay for someone who knows nothing about network hardware and customer support.

T​here's a lot to cover, and this course does a great job breaking it all down into managable chunks. If you're looking to dive into learning more about IT, you could do much worse than starting here.
