question 6 is not clear in the Jira quiz - it states "to invite members to join project clicking the "+" icon in the Board view, they will receive an Email invite to join / or create a Jira account."

On the Board view there is a large "+" sign on the right side. There is also a People+ icon that adds a member.

On the Board view, clicking the "+" icon adds a new column to the board. Clicking the People + icon adds a person to the project after verifying email address. My answer of False was correct, while it was marked wrong.

It has to be a little more elaborative in terms of explaining the important functions of Jira.

I couldn't get past the Captcha! It kept saying it couldn't verify I wasn't a computer. I tried many different things and nothing work. Tried to get help, but it just sent me back to create an account which of course I couldn't due to the Captcha not allowing me. Very frustrating. I was able to get a logon to Jira, but the version the instructor used was different and made it a little difficult to follow, but the main functions were still somewhat similar.

Asking for a student work email is not okay or any email. The labs should be a part of the course and seek to collect emails addresses of the students. Disappointed.

The cloud service was inoperable and numerous help requests were ignored. Could not complete this course.
