Good review of management practices in large tech companies like Microsoft and Amazon. However there might be cultural differences in smaller companies or foreign companies.

Its an excellent course but the video editing didn't leave a single pause, and it feels like a non-stop reading of some textbook, overall reducing engagement. Enjoying the content but really need to force myself to sit through and listen.
