Thank John Kim for this course. It was well-structured and the material was presented interestingly. I look forward to hearing more updated information and tools, especially with the rapid development and increasing use of AI instruments. While I understand that we have only covered the basics, I believe AI has a significant impact on the consulting world. Additionally, I think we are now in a BANI world, rather than a VUCA one. However, I was not comfortable with the rather aggressive promotion of the book, particularly as part of the class. I believe it should be limited to just a mention during the lesson.
