As much as the material is decent, not many practical examples are show; The methods given to properly manage a project could be better explained, instead of just glanced over. The peer reviewed assignments are useless due to the amount of people just asking and giving full marks randomly.
Covers much more than I expected.
Interesting course content. In my opinion, aside of quizzes, personal works (incl. risk register and final presentation on governance) requested a very significant amount of time (excessive?) in order to prepare them seriously with diverse references on a given real project.
This aspect of managing major engineering project is key and intresting, i learned the identification of stakeholders (both internal and external) and their role and influence on projects, identifying, assessing and mitigating risk factors and how to manage them.
I must say thank you to Coursera and our Instructors, Dr. Giogio Locatelli and co.
