Data-Driven Leadership is a four-course specialisation from the University of Glasgow that equips current and aspiring leaders with the frameworks and practical skills to navigate leadership in the 21st century. Across the specialisation, you will critically examine leadership narratives, explore agile structures and strategy, and develop the data literacy needed to make confident, evidence-based decisions in complex and uncertain environments. By the end, you will be able to evaluate traditional and modern leadership models through a data-driven lens and apply your learning to real organisational challenges.
Applied Learning Project
In the capstone project, you will choose from one of three assessed assignments, focused on leadership narratives, agile strategy, or data-driven decision-making, and apply the knowledge and skills developed across the specialisation to demonstrate your ability to think critically and lead effectively in a data-rich world.
