This Specialization gives personal trainers an advanced pathway in movement screening, corrective exercise selection, and progressive loading. Learners use observation and clinical reasoning to identify practical mobility, stability, strength, balance, and motor-control priorities without diagnosing injury. Three standalone courses connect screening findings to corrective strategies and structured return-to-training progressions.
Applied Learning Project
Learners build a Corrective Exercise Screening and Priority Map, a regional Corrective Exercise Strategy Plan, and a progressive loading and return-to-training plan. Using movement cases, they interpret compensations, choose focused interventions, build regression-to-progression ladders, define readiness checks, and integrate clients back into strength and performance training after appropriate clearance.
