This Specialization develops an integrated understanding of project management across predictive, hybrid, and Agile environments. You will examine exam structures and question patterns, strengthen leadership and team-management skills, and learn to interpret complex project scenarios using structured project management principles.
You will apply integration and scope management, develop schedules and budgets, evaluate quality and risk controls, manage communications and stakeholders, and assess procurement strategies.
