In Course 2, learners work through a healthcare project scenario involving Agile and hybrid delivery, applying adaptive planning, backlog management, tailoring, governance, compliance, organizational change, and benefits realization to address project needs.
In Course 3, learners apply PMP® exam strategy and situational question analysis to realistic healthcare scenarios. They practice interpreting questions, evaluating response options, applying predictive, Agile, and hybrid approaches, and managing time under exam conditions.
