This module focuses on the leadership skills required when situations become challenging—when performance needs to be addressed directly, accountability must be reinforced, and teams must work together to deliver results. You’ll learn how to navigate difficult performance conversations with clarity and respect, hold individuals accountable without damaging trust, and lead teams toward shared outcomes. Rather than avoiding tension or overcorrecting, this module positions leaders to address issues early, manage conflict constructively, and create a culture where accountability and collaboration go hand in hand. By the end, you’ll be equipped to lead through complexity, strengthen team performance, and handle the moments that define leadership credibility.
