Master IT infrastructure monitoring with Prometheus, Nagios XI, and Zabbix through practical, hands-on configuration projects.
Build reliable dashboards, alerts, system checks, and monitoring workflows for servers, applications, websites, networks, and cloud environments.
This Specialization equips learners with the practical skills needed to deploy, configure, secure, and optimize modern infrastructure monitoring platforms. You will monitor Linux and Windows systems, integrate agents and exporters, analyze time-series metrics using PromQL, create Grafana dashboards, and configure Alertmanager notifications.
You will also use Nagios XI to monitor websites, FTP services, network ports, and enterprise systems while managing users, downtime schedules, auto-discovery, dashboards, and reports. The Zabbix course extends these skills through host configuration, templates, trigger-based alerts, VMware environments, database setup, static IP management, and SELinux security.
By completing the connected courses, you will be able to design proactive monitoring environments that improve system visibility, reduce response times, and support reliable IT operations.
Übungsprojekt
Learners will complete hands-on monitoring projects that simulate real IT operations, including deploying monitoring platforms, connecting agents and exporters, building dashboards, and configuring alerts. They will apply Prometheus, Nagios XI, and Zabbix to detect failures, analyze performance, secure monitoring environments, and improve incident response across Linux, Windows, websites, networks, and cloud resources.
