Zhijun is a lecturer at the Business School of the University of Western Australia. Before joining UWA, Zhijun has worked at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics for three years after obtaining his Ph.D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2011. His research interests include employee proactive behaviour, team members’ mutual influence, and different forms of leadership styles. His work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Moreover, he has been awarded the BHP Billiton Distinguished Researcher Awards and Ahern Early Career Researcher Portfolio Prize by the UWA Business School.
