Robert has over 15 years of experience in Allied Healthcare and Education and currently serves as the Lead Subject Matter Expert for MedCerts Behavior Technician for training programs, where he is responsible for updating course content and providing direct support to behavior technician students. In addition to his role with MedCerts, Robert maintains a part-time private practice implementing a direct-BCBA model. His practice emphasizes collaboration with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance client independence and community integration. He also consults with behavior analysts interested in launching their own independent practices. Robert’s expertise includes working with neurodiverse populations, designing behavior analytic instructional content, and implementing naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions.
