Bio

Sociologist and Latin Americanist, graduate of the Universities of Oxford and Warsaw, currently an assistant professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Maria Grzegorzewska University (APS). In 2024, she defended her PhD dissertation, which focused on how local women’s organizations mobilize resources in support of the Argentine women’s movement. She has gained research experience working on various scientific projects funded both domestically and internationally. She led an NCN Preludium grant on the networking of Argentine women’s organizations and was a scholarship holder and researcher in NCN and MNiSW projects carried out at the Laboratory of Political Cognition of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IP PAN), devoted to civic engagement and national identification. She has also participated in international projects funded by the European Commission under the Horizon programs, focusing on women’s organizations and education. She speaks five foreign languages and, in her free time, enjoys running, walking her dog, and reading.
