Experienced strategy and transformation leader, focused on the impact of AI on the human experience at work, and enabling a more just and sustainable future. Part of Accenture's AI & Sustainability Services with a focus on embedding AI technologies through strategy, leadership, talent, and operating model - building sustainable organisations that work for current and future generations. Particular focus on how AI will impact the workforce, unlocking new capabilities and value propositions to drive business value, with industry experience primarily in financial services, high tech, and retail. Head Tutor with Said Business School at Oxford University, working on a range of executive educations programmes and research, including Leading Sustainable Corporations, Strategic Innovation, and the Oxford Sustainable Business Programme. Previously served as an Associate Fellow with Oxford, as well as a Fellow of the World Economic Forum, delivering a range of research projects and initiatives to develop responsible leaders and sustainable organisations. Presented with the World Economic Forum, UNGC, and the Consumer Goods Forum. Working towards a more socially mobile future with organisations such as Teach First to provide business inspiration activities for young people from challenging backgrounds, and part of leading Accenture’s own social mobility agenda, which looks at both our internal and external activities.
