AWS: Scalability, Deployment, and Provisioning Course is the fifth course of Exam Prep: AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer - Associate Specialization. This course teaches the concepts of high availability and scalability by exploring Amazon RDS in AWS.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand Scalability, Elasticity, and Availability in AWS.
- Create, deploy, and provision various configurations using automation best practices.
- Apply deployment and provisioning concepts using AWS CloudFormation.
To succeed in this course, you should have basic knowledge of scaling AWS resources ensuring high availability. One should have basic knowledge of Domain Name System (DNS), and domain name registration.
The course is divided into two modules and Lessons and Video Lectures further segment each module. This course facilitates learners with approximately 2:30-3:00 Hours of Video lectures that provide both Theory and Hands-On knowledge. Also, Graded and Ungraded Quizzes are provided with every module in order to test the ability of learners.

Welcome to Week 2 of the AWS: Scalability, Deployment, and Provisioning. This week, we will be introduced to the concepts of deploying and provisioning concepts for AWS infrastructure. We will also implement ECS and RDS deployment in AWS. We will explore best practices related to deployment and provisioning using AWS CloudFormation. By the end of the week, we should have a good understanding to scale and automate the provisioning of the AWS cloud infrastructure.
