This course, based on the HBR Guide to Generative AI for Managers, walks through ten real areas of managerial work, from email and time management to team creativity, conflict resolution, and complex problem-solving, and shows you where generative AI fits as a Co-Pilot for fast execution and where it works better as a Co-Thinker for deeper reasoning. You'll build practical skills for using generative AI to write and communicate more effectively, reflect on your leadership style, run better meetings, support your team's creativity, and navigate harder moments like conflict and ambiguous problems. By the end, you'll have a concrete set of ways to bring generative AI into your day-to-day leadership, not just your individual output.
