Great course material, it needs to be completed with real life cases and examples from projects/real companies.

The class was timely for me and I learned many valuable skills for immediate application. I recommend this class & instructor to others that need an introduction to business analysis. I do suggest to the instructor that he include some downloadable outlines for this particular course. That would be very useful as reference materials.
