Sandy Alexander Bisaro

Bio

Sandy (Alexander) Bisaro is a researcher in the adaptation and social learning research process at the Global Climate Forum, based in Berlin, with more than 8 years experience in climate vulnerability and adaptation research.

He is an author of the UNEP PROVIA Guidance and co-led GCF's in the FP7-funded MEDIATION project. He currently leads the development of a PROVIA web-based adaptation decision support tool. Previously, in the EU-funded ADAM and NeWater projects, he has analyzed adaptation policy in the water and agricultural sectors. He will defend his PhD at the Humboldt University, Berlin in the Division of Resource Economics in December 2014.
