You will learn why scenario-based training and the case method build judgment better than rule recitation, and how adult learning research should shape training design. You will also learn how to tailor training to risk using the DOJ's guidance, why delivery must be consistent and keep its promises, and why training alone cannot change culture without leadership signals. In addition, you will learn how to evaluate training with the four-level Kirkpatrick framework and how to design your own short training segment using a five-step process.
