The examples given made the accounting principles clear and understandable.

I think the material presented was succinct and clear in the videos, and the accompanying worksheets were great practice. From videos and exercises, I learned a lot. However, I was frustrated with the quizzes, almost all of which had errors and typos. Typically at least one question either had no correct answer, or when the correct answer was selected, it was marked as incorrect even if you answered verbatum what the video said. This did make the learning process confusing at times. It would be nice if these would be fixed for future students.

This is an amazing course. I gained so much practical knowledge on this second course as well as the first one from the specialization: "Financial Accounting: The Accounting Cycle". Now I am able to analyze and record various business transactions and understand the different between accrual accounting, and cash accounting.

This course cleared up a lot of questions I had about posting to journals and ledgers and refreshed my memory in other areas. The tutor did a great job explaining the 'why' of the actions performed. Knowing the 'why' always helps to clarify a topic. Once you know this it is easy to follow.

The way things are explained make sense and I am able to work on an assignment each week and each assignment builds on the previous.
