The Business Analysis Process course will give you a foundational understanding of the process of business analysis and will introduce you to a framework that can be used within a variety of industries and organizations. You will learn how to identify stakeholders, to analyze them, and to define their role in a business analysis project. You’ll also learn how to gather requirements from these stakeholders, analyze them, and create a business requirements document that conforms to industry best practices. Lastly, you’ll explore the functions and practical uses of crafting visual models, gaining hands-on experience in creating common models used by business intelligence analysts. This course is for anyone who is curious about entry-level roles that demand fundamental Tableau skills, such as business intelligence analyst or data reporting analyst roles. It is recommended (but not required) that you have some experience with Tableau Public, but even if you're new to Tableau Public, you can still be successful in this program. As promised and after a little bit of a scare there with the 8th course I am now changing my review. The Professional certificate throughout all the 8 courses involved in attaining it was at times intense but worth every minute committed. I enjoyed learning more about Tableau and its interface through the creation of specific visualizations created from accessible data/data sets.
This is a well-designed and well-organized course. I learned so much from this course. Not only did it give me the required knowledge and skills in data visualization, it also equipped me with great hope and confidence in pursuing my data analysis career journey. Big thanks to the course designer and instructors!

I found the guiding tutorials in this Tableau course very helpful, but I think some complex topics would benefit greatly from additional video explanations. Watching an instructor visually demonstrate these steps or seeing an interactive video walkthrough could significantly improve understanding and retention, especially for learners who prefer a visual learning style. Of course, I understand that adding video content might have resource constraints, but I believe it would significantly enhance the overall learning experience.
I took this as part of the Tableau Business Intelligence Analyst Professional Certificate. Although I really enjoyed the first and third courses, I found this one pretty difficult. There was a lot of conceptual information without many specifics to ground it -- I would have found the course much more effective if there had been more concrete examples, perhaps with one case study per module. (The Simply Dumplings case study was fun and interesting, for example!) I also think the modules could be reorganized and streamlined; the first module was soooo long and I felt like some of the later modules were reiterating some of the same information. Lastly, the "evaluation" of the final project was lackluster and should have been graded on correct answers, not on completion.
this course provided a lot of information, but much of the deliverables were text and reading. It seemed like 90% of the content is ready.
The didactic part of the course course was excellent but the Google docs portion really detracts from the learning experience.
