I watched the three courses for this series to prepare for a final exam. The videos are very easy to understand and cover techniques my teacher did not cover in class. Also, it is very practical and omits details that are not required to understand the topic. After my final exam(I got an A, by the way) I decided to complete all three courses to prepare for my next comprehensive exams. I like it and I am learning a lot. I highly recommend it. My tip: Use 1.5X the speed instead of 1X.

Very boring. Forum is dead. Flaws in grading. I finished it, but never again. Bax experience.

Very clear explanations and great coverage from main points of view -- mathematical, technical and even business (which is quite rare combination). High-quality LaTeX slides evoke nostalgia, and real cases give good sense of how one can use these tools in the real world

Very good introduction into OR algorithms balancing theory with examples. The illustration and discussion of a practical case study in week 5 helps put the learning material into perspective of real-world business problems to solve

Good course. Have concrete examples with enough (but not too much) mathematical details. I like it a lot.

It's a course that teaches you to solve the model you've built.
