By the end, you'll be able to connect your Trupeer knowledge base to Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor through MCP to power onboarding, support, and sales workflows, along with the judgment to keep your content accurate as processes change.
Applied Learning Project
Throughout the Specialization, learners apply Trupeer to authentic workplace scenarios such as turning a process recording into a training video and SOP, building a branded knowledge base for employee onboarding and customer support, and connecting that knowledge base to an AI assistant through MCP. Each skill is designed to transfer directly to learners' own work, helping them capture undocumented team knowledge and turn it into content their organization can search, share, and build on.
