Who is this programme for?
The PGDM Online programme has been designed for working professionals, who wish to pursue formal management education without leaving their jobs and home locations. Graduates who have a career aspiration across diverse fields of management will also find this programme useful.
Selection process
The selection process is a competitive merit-based process with 2 selection rounds:
Screening round: After you submit your application, your application will be reviewed by the SPJIMR admissions team to check and validate if you fulfil the eligibility criteria. Your application will be evaluated on your academic performance, your work experience and any additional qualifications earned by you.
- Group discussion round (GD round): If your application is shortlisted in the screening round, you will be invited for a final round of an online panel discussion with the SPJIMR faculty. After this round, if your candidature is found fit for the PGDM Online programme, you will receive an offer of admission from SPJIMR.
Note: There are limited seats in the 2024-2026 cohort, so completing your application and GD round early (if invited) increases your chances of getting an early decision on your candidature.

Admission requirements & process
You must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade points to be eligible to apply.
Candidates appearing for their final-year bachelor’s examination can also apply for provisional admission - provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria and submit the required documents by June 30, 2024.
Candidates with relevant work experience and additional qualifications shall be given preference.
To apply for the PGDM Online 2024-2026, aspirants must fill and submit the online application form. A non-refundable application fee of INR 1500 (or USD 20 for applicants outside India) is required to be paid to submit the application.
