Module details

Welcome to the AWS Storage Services module. You’ll focus on AWS storage services for managing data in the cloud. We’ll begin with Amazon S3, including its features, versioning, demo, and storage classes, along with S3 Glacier for cost-effective archival. Next, you’ll explore Amazon EBS and EBS Snapshots for block storage and backups, followed by Amazon EFS with a hands-on session for shared file storage. You’ll also learn about EC2 Instance Store for temporary storage and AWS Backup for centralized data protection. By the end of this week, you’ll understand how to select and manage AWS storage services based on performance and cost needs.
