I took this course because reading the BABOOK guide was difficult, found it to be like tongue twister. So I wanted to learn from someone else so I can then understand what I'm reading in the BABOOK guide. The course provided very useful links to read and overall it did help me to understand what Business Analysis is better than what the BABOOK guide tries to do (in my opinion). However, I would have preferred more descriptive real-world examples to be used to explain each of the concepts and the use of challenging assignments. My score suffered a bit because one of the questions in the assessment had a technical issue and so I flagged it and hope you have taken notice to fix it. More importantly, there was one assignment that I spent time doing and frankly I don't know what grading I got because it was meant to be AI reviewed and peer-reviewed, but ultimately I passed immediately without being properly graded. Anyway, it's an exam prep type of course and not a real certificate, def not worth more than $75.00
