Este es un buen curso introductorio sobre investigación de mercados y el comportamiento del consumidor: los vídeos son excelentes (con explicaciones claras y resumidas) y el material de apoyo cumple con su objetivo -aunque siento que pudieron haberse desarrollado los temas de una manera más amplia. Hubiera sido excelente poner los conocimientos en práctica con algún estudio de caso y así afianzar los conocimientos adquiridos.
