Some of the highest-stakes decisions a manager makes involve incomplete information, competing priorities, and real consequences if you get it wrong. This course, based on the HBR Guide to Generative AI for Managers, shows you how to bring generative AI into that harder, more strategic layer of your work. You'll use generative AI to search for information and analyze data faster, generate and validate customer insights, and build stronger business cases by pressure-testing stakeholder perspectives, trade-offs, and risk. You'll also apply it to strategic decisions like formulating business strategy and assessing supply chain resilience, and to leading organizational change, from planning a transformation to overcoming resistance and shifting mindsets. Throughout, you'll use generative AI as both a Co-Pilot for fast analysis and a Co-Thinker for stress-testing your reasoning before you commit to a decision.
