Remote work multiplies the ways things quietly slip: unclear tools, unspoken expectations, broken promises, and a workspace or calendar that never quite holds together. This Specialization builds the full skill set for distributed work, covering remote communication and operations, virtual accountability and trust building, and the personal organization systems (workspace, calendar, to-do lists, focus habits, and breaks) that keep it all sustainable. You'll select collaboration tools, build and keep reliable promises, negotiate requests and resolve conflict, and design a personal routine that holds up under a real workload, so you can lead and work remotely with real confidence.
Applied Learning Project
Through hands-on projects, you'll select and implement a remote collaboration tool stack, build a centralized documentation hub, negotiate a request through to a confirmed promise, resolve a team conflict using a structured protocol, and design a personal organization system spanning your workspace, calendar, and to-do list, applying each skill to the real friction points of distributed work.
