Whether you are giving feedback about a colleague’s work performance or receiving feedback from your friends, this learning journey will help you hone your skills and practice the most effective ways to handle these often difficult conversations. You’ll learn by playing games (realistic simulations) in which animated characters challenge you to understand their perspectives and interests.
The simulations cover a wide range of situations in which issues related to giving and receiving feedback may arise, providing a safe space to practice difficult conversations and explore diverging perspectives.
